As many as five one-stop integrated service executing units (UP PTSP) have implemented e-KRK which is a digital version of the city planning decree (KRK) licensing application through one of the features in the JakEvo application.
Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Agency Head Benni Aguscandra said those five UP PTSPs are Mampang Prapatan, Tanjung Priok, Cakung, Tambora and Senen sub-districts.
PMPTSP Department Launches e-KRK"These service innovations can be applied in stages at all service points of Sub-district UP PTSP and City UP PTSP in Jakarta," he expressed, Monday (10/28).
He explained its existence is able to reduce processing time to the issuance of KRK. KRK applicants can input data online and choose land measurement schedules at the same time. Then the officer will do the verification process and less than one week.
"Through this service, in a day, the city planning decree can be issued and given directly to the applicant," he explained.
By doing so, the Jakarta Provincial Government can have a more accurate digital map in order to minimize the future spatial planning licensing issues through simplification and acceleration of licensing and non-licensing processes.
"Hopefully it is able to improve the quality of licensing services and increase business growth and investment in Jakarta. Hereby, we'll continue to evaluate and develop this service," he told.
In the long term, the agency is going tol develop applications for all spatial-based licensing and non-licensing (GIS).
"It will be integrated with the Peta Jakarta Satu," he closed.
